During Coca-Cola’s regional system conference, the team needed a way to run highly relevant breakout sessions for bottlers across South East Asia. Each session was designed around key strategic topics (such as “Win in Market with Sustainable Profit Margins,” “ESG & Sustainability Goals,” “Digital Eco-System,” “Recruiting Consumers at Affordable Price Points,” and “Harnessing Retailer Data”).
The main challenge was to quickly assess each bottler’s knowledge, group them to ensure diversity and relevant expertise in each room, and deliver actionable feedback to both the bottlers and the Coca-Cola team
at the end of the sessions — all within a limited time window.
