1. Definitions
  • "Company" refers to AiCONIC 360 Solutions Ltd, operating under the brand name AiCONIC 360, including all its employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates.


  • "User" refers to any individual or organization accessing our website, platform, or utilizing our AI-powered services.


  • "Services" refer to AiCONIC 360’s suite of enterprise AI solutions, including but not limited to: AI consulting, automation modules (SalesForge, StrategyForge, CreativeForge), conversational AI agents, data analytics, RAG-based knowledge systems, and related integrations or implementations.


2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing AiCONIC 360 or any of its modules, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.


2.2 Permitted Use

You agree to use AiCONIC 360’s website, dashboard, and associated services only for lawful and authorized purposes. You shall not:

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our systems, APIs, or cloud infrastructure.

  • Use our AI agents or automation systems to create, distribute, or promote illegal, unethical, or harmful content.

  • Attempt to access restricted areas, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any proprietary code or model architecture.

  • Misrepresent your identity, organization, or purpose when interacting with our AI systems.


3. Payment and Refund Policy


3.1 Pricing

All pricing for subscriptions, enterprise modules, or custom deployments is displayed on our website or communicated in an official proposal. AiCONIC 360 reserves the right to modify pricing or plans at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes and transaction fees may apply.

3.2 Payments

Payments must be completed prior to the commencement of service, subscription activation, or deployment, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.


3.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of AI-based digital solutions, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in the following cases, at the Company’s sole discretion:

  • Non-delivery of the purchased service due to technical failure.

  • Verified technical defects that prevent proper use of the platform, where no resolution can be provided within a reasonable time frame.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, RAG pipelines, data embeddings, AI models, workflows, dashboards, templates, visual designs, and documentation developed or provided by AiCONIC 360 remain the exclusive intellectual property of AiCONIC 360 Solutions Ltd.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute our software, AI agents, or proprietary data without written consent. Any derivative works or integrations created using AiCONIC 360’s APIs or modules remain subject to these terms.


5. Limitation of Liability

AiCONIC 360 and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the service in question.


6. Privacy Policy

By using AiCONIC 360, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which adheres to PIPEDA, GDPR, and IEEE CertifAIed™ standards for ethical AI and data security.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal or enterprise data with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law or contractual compliance. Data processed within AiCONIC 360 remains within the designated hosting environment (on-premise, private cloud, or approved secure regions).


7. Termination

AiCONIC 360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or service access if:

  • You breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

  • Your actions pose a risk to AiCONIC 360’s security, integrity, or reputation.

  • You fail to make due payments or violate contractual obligations.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and any stored data may be deleted as per our data retention policy.


8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our official website. Continued use of AiCONIC 360 following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
